Are you creating what you want, or are you simply floating along, letting everything happen as it will? Once you are aware that you are always creating your reality, whether by default or on purpose, it makes you more careful of what you are thinking and feeling. Could that in itself cause stress? If so, wouldn’t that stress attract more reasons to be stressed? Sounds like a catch-22. You create your reality with your thinking and feelings, yet knowing that attracts more stressful experiences.
How do you get around that?
Focus!
Focus on the good things you want in your reality as though you already have them. Feel good about already having them. Imagine how much better your life is because you have them.
Now, nobody can focus all the time. That would drive you nuts! When you catch yourself stressing about anything, simply cancel it out by reminding yourself how good life is because you have all you want.
Do not beat yourself up for slipping with your feelings. That only focuses on your insecurities.
Insecurities are closely connected to your self-esteem. How you see yourself means everything when it comes to deliberate creation. If you think you are a loser, even just a little, you attract reasons to prove you are right. You are a loser.
If you don’t believe you deserve something, you won’t receive it, or if you do, it won’t last very long. You will find ways to get rid of anything you don’t believe you deserve.
So, how do you change that?
Again, focus. Pay attention to what you are telling yourself. Notice what you are attracting with that self talk, then change the self talk.
At first, your subconscious will fight that change. That’s it’s job. Your subconscious is there to make what you tell it into reality. If you’ve been telling yourself you don’t deserve something, your subconscious will agree with you.
Focus on changing your self talk until it becomes a new habit. After all, habits are simply your subconscious creating you into exactly what you believe you are!
If you honestly believe that you are creating your reality as you go, you will develop habits that support that belief. Eventually that belief will evolve into actually knowing you are creating your reality. When that happens, your creative power explodes and nothing can stop you! But, first you have to get beyond that catch-22 and focus until the new you becomes a habit.
