You will never really want something you cannot have.  It is not in your nature.  Your subconscious knows what you really want.  Your subconscious also knows what you believe you can accomplish.

Sometimes it’s hard to believe, but your subconscious is on your side.  The subconscious side of you will not dangle a carrot in front of you that is not reachable. Your subconscious is trying to protect you; offering you something you really want and then taking it away from you is not protecting you.

So, you will only really want things you can really have.

So, how do you get what you really want?

Step #1:

Decide what you want.  Don’t delete ideas because they aren’t practical, your subconscious has already done that.  You have a lot of desires.  Going for all of them at once spreads your powers in too many directions.  Decide on what you want now and focus on that.

Step #2:

Describe it to yourself in detail.  Pretend you already have it.  Get excited about it. We do everything because of how it makes us feel.  How does it feel to already have what you want?  Really get into this part. Don’t worry about how it is going to happen.  That part comes later.

Step #3:

You now know what you want and you have a clear picture of what that looks and feels like.  You are almost done!  The hard part is finished, IF you do this part correctly.

Do not charge out there and tackle what you want.  Don’t fall for that “You gotta work hard to get what you want” belief.  Working hard fortifies the idea that life is a struggle, so your life will remain a struggle.

Instead, look for the easy way!  The easy way is based on an existing flow of energy.  Everything is already moving in the direction you want, simply follow the flow.  Look for the easy opportunity and your next action step will become obvious.  Things will happen, almost like magic, if you stop fighting the flow and simply go with it.

This does not mean you sit around doing nothing.  If you did the first two steps, ideas and opportunities will come to you.  Even if they seem really remote and off the wall, explore them.  They may be what you are looking for.

Life is not meant to be a struggle, and it’s not if you learn to work with the energies around you.  Life is only a struggle when you fight the flow.

Learn to go with the flow, and life becomes a lot easier.

I know this sounds way too easy, maybe because you have already bought into the idea of life being a struggle.  Replace that belief with the idea that life is a cakewalk and it soon will be.

The following is one of my automatic writing sessions using Aine Belton’s “Intuition Zone program”

Dear Lee;

Please give me guidance on creating my perfect sanctuary.

Is there a perfect sanctuary? I feel like time is running short. Why? 2012? Who knows?

Lots of questions and few answers. Maybe that’s the problem; I feel there are few answers so I stop looking for them, or maybe I never really started looking.

Such faith!

I guess with no faith, there’s no effort.

What direction do I go? Any direction beats no direction. Feeling so safe with my job, I’m afraid to risk it by going in a different direction. Probably.

So, I don’t even look for a direction.

You’ve got to look before you can see what you want. Is this my higher self, or just little old me? Hey, wait…both are the same, just different frequencies of me. Can I have two frequencies at one time? Why not? I am a god in training.

There, I said it…and no lightning struck me down. Reverse cynicism?

Guess I need to get out of my own way to create my sanctuary. Believe it’s being created and simply take the steps that present themselves. Is that the lazy man’s way of creating? Who said it has to be hard? The lazy man’s way is just fine by me.

Thanks Lee, this helped.

End of session.

This was another session based on Aine Belton’s automatic writing instructions.
These automatic writing sessions are opening up a lot of subconscious doubts I didn’t know I had. The really good part is I’m finding it easier to see what’s important to me.

If you think this might help you with your reality creation (It’s helping me a lot) check it out here

Are you creating what you want, or are you simply floating along, letting everything happen as it will? Once you are aware that you are always creating your reality, whether by default or on purpose, it makes you more careful of what you are thinking and feeling. Could that in itself cause stress? If so, wouldn’t that stress attract more reasons to be stressed? Sounds like a catch-22. You create your reality with your thinking and feelings, yet knowing that attracts more stressful experiences.
How do you get around that?

Focus!

Focus on the good things you want in your reality as though you already have them. Feel good about already having them. Imagine how much better your life is because you have them.

Now, nobody can focus all the time. That would drive you nuts! When you catch yourself stressing about anything, simply cancel it out by reminding yourself how good life is because you have all you want.

Do not beat yourself up for slipping with your feelings. That only focuses on your insecurities.

Insecurities are closely connected to your self-esteem. How you see yourself means everything when it comes to deliberate creation. If you think you are a loser, even just a little, you attract reasons to prove you are right. You are a loser.

If you don’t believe you deserve something, you won’t receive it, or if you do, it won’t last very long. You will find ways to get rid of anything you don’t believe you deserve.

So, how do you change that?

Again, focus. Pay attention to what you are telling yourself. Notice what you are attracting with that self talk, then change the self talk.

At first, your subconscious will fight that change. That’s it’s job. Your subconscious is there to make what you tell it into reality. If you’ve been telling yourself you don’t deserve something, your subconscious will agree with you.

Focus on changing your self talk until it becomes a new habit. After all, habits are simply your subconscious creating you into exactly what you believe you are!

If you honestly believe that you are creating your reality as you go, you will develop habits that support that belief. Eventually that belief will evolve into actually knowing you are creating your reality. When that happens, your creative power explodes and nothing can stop you! But, first you have to get beyond that catch-22 and focus until the new you becomes a habit.

There’s a lot of hype going on about you creating your own world. The Law of Attraction. The Secret. Visualization.

Some of you have even tried it. Did it work? Did you get what you wanted? Or, is this a bunch of bull?

That’s what I thought. You got nothing, nada, zip. You got didly squat. So, that means this stuff is nothing but smoke and mirrors, right?

Or, maybe you weren’t doing it right. Maybe you were too doubtful and really didn’t put any effort into it. Give it another try using the following steps. I think you’ll like the results.

· Decide what you want. I’m not talking about little things that would be nice to have. I’m talking about the big stuff. What do you really want? If you don’t have a strong desire for it, you won’t impress your subconscious mind. You must impress your subconscious. That is the stronger part of your mind. That is the part of you that gets things done.

· Focus on what you want. This is where the visualization comes in, but not the wishy- washy daydreaming most of you are doing. Get passionate about it. Imagine it like you already have it. Get excited. If you are embarrassed about your excitement, then you are getting close.

· Stick with it. Don’t get all excited about getting what you want one minute, then doubting it will happen the next minute. You just canceled out your power. Remember your sub-conscious? You just confused yourself. Do you believe this is going to happen, or don’t you? You have to decide, and stick with it. Creating your own reality is not a one time effort. It’s a full time way of thinking.

· Wake up and look around! I’m not talking about repeating what you’ve been hearing. I’m talking about really looking at what’s going on “inside your own head.” Notice what you are saying to yourself. Are you repeating what everyone else is saying? Are you afraid and doubtful like everyone around you? If so, that’s what you are creating. You don’t just visualize at set times. You are always visualizing. And, when you add strong emotion to it, like fear and doubt, you are super charging your thoughts. When you super charge your thoughts, you are super charging your creations.

· Stop creating by default, and start creating deliberately. The vast majority of us are creating by default, because we don’t realize we are creating in the first place. That’s why most of our lives really suck. You can change that simply by waking up. Wake up from this nightmare you have created, and start creating your dreams.
